STEP 1

Create an account. If you already have an account, you can just login. If you are registering as an Independent, just put “Independent” when asked to enter the “Studio Name”. REMEMBER! An account and a registration are not the same thing!


STEP 2

Once you login, you can select what event you plan to attend.


STEP 3

After selecting the event, you will now be able to build your roster of dancers. If you already have your roster built, you can immediately start adding dancers and teachers to the event.


STEP 4

Once you have added dancers to your roster, you can begin adding the dancers to the event. Inside your roster, click the checkbox next to the dancers you want to add to the event. Then select “Add Students to Events”.


STEP 5

Once you have added dancers to the event, you can do several different things:


A.

You can confirm or change the level and type for each dancer under the “Attending As” column through the dropdown menu.

B.

Add scholarships to those students that received one by clicking “Add Scholarship” and selecting the scholarship that applies from the popup menu.

IF YOU ADD A SCHOLARSHIP TO SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT HAVE ONE LISTED IN OUR SYSTEM,

THE SCHOLARSHIP WILL BE REMOVED UPON CHECKOUT.


STEP 6

Once you have selected levels, in-person vs. hybrid, and added all of the appropriate scholarships, you can click “Proceed to Routine List”


STEP 7

Next, you can add your routines! If you plan to add routines then click “Add New Routine(s)”

If you don’t want to add any routines you can “Proceed to Checkout”.


STEP 8

You can add multiple routines at one time. You will be able to assign dancers to each routine once you have entered your routine information.

Once completed, you can select “Submit”.


STEP 9

Now you can Add dancers to your routines by clicking “Add/Edit Dancers”

You will see the Number of Dancers, Age, and Fee populate automatically as you add dancers to the routine(s).

From this screen you can also add more routines if you need to.


STEP 10

Once you’ve added all the dancers to your routines you can click “Proceed to Checkout”


STEP 11

Once you are at the checkout page, you will see your entire summary of your registration broken down by student.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL SCHOLARSHIPS HAVE BEEN APPLIED AND THAT ALL CREDITS AND VOUCHERS HAVE BEEN APPLIED BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR REGISTRATION AND MAKE ANY PAYMENTS
