Due to best social distancing practices and limited capacity and in partnership with our venues, the official schedule for each city will be released to attendees via email and on the city page one week prior to the start of the event.
Since each schedule is custom designed for each city based on venue, regulations and attendance, ASH has created multiple schedule structures in order to protect, educate, and serve our attendees to the best of our ability.
Here are some ways we are creatively customizing the schedule for each unique city:
- Block Scheduling for Performance Showcase
- Tiered Class Scheduling to minimize groups in common areas
- Contactless Registration Check-In
- Reimagined Opening and Closing Show
- A/B Class Scheduling to maximize social distancing practices
