I need to make changes to my registration, but the system won’t let me. What should I do?

If you have already “Submitted” your registration or if the event is sold out, your registration is closed and you cannot make any further changes. Email the ASH Office at info@ashproductions.com to request any changes.

When will the schedule be released?

All Event Schedules, Performance Showcase Schedules, and Welcome Packets will be released 10 days prior to the event by the end of the business day. No information will be available prior to the release of that information.

If I am not present for the Closing Show, how do I receive my scholarships and awards?

ASH does not mail or email Scholarships and Showcase Awards. You must be present at the event to pick up the scholarship or award. Reminder, all results will be available on the event’s city page of our website after the event. ASH also keeps records of all scholarships and awards so you do not need the physical scholarship or award to register.

Are there any studio incentives for bringing my entire team to a regional tour city and Nationals in the same season?

Of course! We love it when studios take full advantage of all that ASH has to offer at both a regional tour city as well as at Nationals! Contact amanda@ashproductions.com to discuss what incentives may be available!

What Faculty members are teaching in my city?

The event schedule will be available for all registered attendees 10 days prior to the event announcing the faculty for your city. Please note that ASH Faculty varies from city to city. Unfortunately, ASH cannot guarantee which faculty will be in attendance. Occasionally, advertised faculty will be replaced by an equally qualified guest faculty.

If I receive a scholarship and am unable to attend, can my scholarship be used for another season or event?

Scholarships cannot be extended or used for any other event than what is specified on the face of the scholarship. If you have questions about how your scholarship can used, email the ASH Office at info@ashproductions.com.

Can I register without my studio under my studio name or as an independent?

ASH accepts Studio and Independent registrations. It is up to your contract with your studio as to how you are allowed to register. When registering as an Independent, type “Independent” when asked to provide a studio name. Keep in mind that students may only register in one account each season.

If I change studios or become an Independent, how can I register with my Scholarship or Performance Showcase Award?

Scholarships are jointly owned by both the student and the studio so that the studio cannot reassign the scholarship to another student and the student cannot use the scholarship under a different studio or independently without written permission from the original studio. In order for a student to use a scholarship received under a different studio, the former studio must email the ASH Office at info@ashproductions.com directly, releasing the scholarship for use at another studio. Performance Showcase Awards belong to the studio under which they were received and cannot be transferred to another studio registration or to an independent registration.
