If you have already submitted your registration or if the event is sold out, your registration will be closed and locked from major edits. However, you can still manage the following directly from your dashboard:
All Event Schedules, Performance Showcase Schedules, and Welcome Packets will be released 10 days prior to the event by the end of the business day. You can find the exact date on the city page of the event you are attending. No information will be available prior to the release date.
ASH does not mail or email Scholarships and Showcase Awards because they travel with our trucks throughout the tour. You must be present at the event to pick up the scholarship or award. Reminder, all results will be available on the event’s city page of our website after the event. ASH also keeps records of all scholarships and awards so you do not need the physical scholarship or award to register.

The event schedule listing all faculty in attendance will be available for all registered attendees on the respective city page 10 days prior to the event. Please note that ASH Faculty varies from city to city. Unfortunately, ASH cannot guarantee which faculty will be in attendance. Occasionally, advertised faculty will be replaced by an equally qualified guest faculty.
Scholarships cannot be extended or used for any other event than what is specified on the face of the scholarship. If you have questions about how your scholarship can be used, email the ASH Office at info@ashproductions.com.
If you are associated with a studio, your studio must register you in their studio account. However, we do accept independent dancers who are not associated with a studio. When registering as an Independent, type “Independent - {Your Last Name}” when asked to provide a studio name. Keep in mind that students may only register in one account each season.
Scholarships are jointly owned by both the student and the studio so that the studio cannot reassign the scholarship to another student and the student cannot use the scholarship under a different studio or independently without written permission from the original studio. In order for a student to use a scholarship received under a different studio, the former studio must email the ASH Office at info@ashproductions.com directly, releasing the scholarship for use at another studio. Performance Showcase Awards belong to the studio under which they were received and cannot be transferred to another studio registration or to an independent registration.
