Gala Tickets will be on Sale from May 15 – June 6, 2025. After that, no additional tickets will be available for purchase. No Exceptions
General Rules & Information
The Gala is a ticketed event. There are no discounts available for Gala tickets. On the Event Schedule (published on June 11, 2025) there will be times assigned to pick up tickets prior to the Gala. Tickets MUST be picked up during those times. Tickets will not be available to pickup at any other time. The Gala Performance will be held on the final night of Nationals and will kick off with the red carpet. Dress is semi-formal to formal for all dancers and audience members. It is suggested that you purchase your Gala ticket as soon as possible as it will sell out! The evening is jam packed with performances featuring:

Gala Ticket Seating Guide
The Gala is one event held in two parts; Act I: Dinner and Act II: Performances. The purchase of one ticket gives you full access to both Act I and Act II (tickets for just Act II cannot be purchased separately).
Act I: Dinner will be held in the Mediterranean Ballroom and will include live music, Sponsors and The Casting Call Results, and ASH Scholarship Announcements. Act II: Performances will be held in the Coquina Ballroom on the ASH Stage and will include 24/25 ASH The Company, Solo Competition Winner Performances, theCOMPANY Intensive pieces, Closing Number (All ASH Assistant Auditioners), 25/26 ASH Assistant Announcements, 25/26 ASH The Company Announcements, Studio of the Year Announcements, ASH Faculty Performances, 24/25 ASH Assistant Performances, and Teacher of the Year
Each ticket includes the red carpet, plated dinner at a table and the Gala Performance. Gala Tickets are sold separately and are not part of your registration for the event. There are no discounts available for Gala tickets. Cash bars will be available for attendees ages 21+. Regardless of whether or not a dancer is performing in the Gala, to attend the performance, a ticket must be purchased. All sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges. No transfers. No exceptions.
Gala Ticket Seating Types
This ticket includes access to the Red Carpet, a plated dinner seated in the VIP Section of the Mediterranean Ballroom, and theatre style seating in the VIP Section of the Coquina Ballroom. Tables seat a max of 12 individuals. Meal includes dessert, water, coffee, iced tea service, one complimentary bottle of white wine, and one complimentary bottle of red wine. Cash bar available for adults 21+.
When purchasing a ticket, you will be required to select one of the three meal types available (see the full list below). Once this is selected, it cannot be altered in any way.

- This option is seasonally and locally sourced, the chef at JW will create this dish the week of the Gala.
Gala Ticket Refund Policy
Gala Tickets are non-refundable. You may change the name on any given ticket only by emailing the ASH Office at info@ashproductions.com by Friday, June 20, 2025. No further changes will be made after that date. All sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges. No transfers. No exceptions.
